Returns 

RETURN POLICY

Westcoast Designs offers a seven (7) day return policy in the form of shop credit. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges. ALL discounted and custom items are final (including on sale and promo codes).

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wanting a refund.

When we receive the item, you will receive shop credit and be notified via email. Please email us within seven days of receiving your item to westcoastdesignsclay@gmail.com to start the return process. 

Cancelling an order

An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it is shipped.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
